In the Communication Section, complete information is available on contact personnel.
In the Catalogue Section there is a description and code for the products you purchase at present.
In the Bulletin Section you will find publications on the use and application of Industria del Alcali's products.
In the Consultation Section you can access on-line information to meet your requirements, such as:
* Status of Orders/Purchase Orders.
* Status of Invoices.
* Account Statements.
* Placing Orders.
In the Suggestions and Complaints section you are able to make suggestions or file complaints.
How can you get to this information?
When you type in your User Name and Password in the dialogue spaces in the left hand area of any page under the "Customer Online" heading, you enter our Customer Online Service.
